Immediate danger and crisis routes must be handled outside the ViaPsych platform.

1. Emergency and crisis support

ViaPsych is not an emergency service.

If you are in immediate danger, call 999. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or your local crisis service.

Safety concerns submitted through the platform may be routed to the relevant independent clinician or platform administration where appropriate.

Clinical decisions, safeguarding assessment and emergency care remain outside ViaPsych platform administration.
