About ViaPsych
Adult digital health records and booking infrastructure
ViaPsych is a digital health records, booking and communication platform for adults aged 18 and over. The platform helps patients connect with independent clinicians, complete structured pre-consultation questionnaires, securely share relevant background information, manage appointments, make payments and communicate with their chosen clinician. ViaPsych does not diagnose, treat, prescribe medication or provide emergency care. Independent clinicians using the platform remain responsible for their own clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment decisions and prescribing decisions.

Digital health records
Information is collected for the chosen clinician to review.
ViaPsych may collect patient-submitted appointment context, questionnaires, identity and safety information, GP details, medication history, physical health information and uploaded documents. The purpose is to support the consultation with the chosen independent clinician. ViaPsych does not use this information to diagnose, treat or prescribe.
Future services under development
Coming soon, not currently available
ViaPsych is developing additional pathways, including children and young people's services, enhanced clinician-reviewed screening workflows and future provider-led services. These services are not currently available and will only be launched once appropriate regulatory, safeguarding, clinical governance and operational requirements are in place.
ViaPsych may expand its services in future, subject to appropriate regulatory approvals, clinical governance arrangements and operational readiness.
