Information your clinician may need
Where medication is discussed, your chosen clinician may require blood pressure, heart rate, weight, cardiac history, GP records or in-person checks before deciding whether prescribing is clinically appropriate. Information submitted through ViaPsych is patient-reported and shared with your chosen clinician for review.
