Adult booking requests through independent clinicians
ViaPsych organises digital records, booking, payment and communication. The independent clinician remains responsible for clinical review, advice, diagnosis, treatment and prescribing decisions.

Confirm you are aged 18 or over.

Select an adult service area.

Choose an independent clinician first.

Review the clinician-set consultation fee.

Provide appointment context, pre-consultation questionnaire information, GP details and safety information.

Submit the consultation request to your chosen clinician.

The clinician may accept, decline or request more information.

If accepted, payment is processed through ViaPsych for the booking with the selected independent clinician.
