Clinicians set their own consultation fees

ViaPsych does not set clinician prices. Each independent clinician controls their own consultation fee. Payment is processed through ViaPsych for your booking with the selected independent clinician.

You will see the clinician's fee before submitting a consultation request. If the clinician cannot accept the request, you will not be charged through the request-first flow. Where a payment has been authorised or captured before a platform issue is resolved, ViaPsych may void, refund or pause payout according to the relevant terms.
