Is ViaPsych a healthcare provider?
ViaPsych is currently a digital health records, booking and communication platform. Independent clinicians using the platform remain responsible for their own clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment and prescribing decisions.
Who can use ViaPsych now?
ViaPsych currently supports adults aged 18 and over only. Children and young people's services are not currently available through the live platform.
Are questionnaires a diagnosis?
No. Questionnaires are for structured information gathering only and are shared with your chosen clinician to support your consultation request.
Who sets consultation fees?
Independent clinicians set their own fees. ViaPsych processes payment through the platform in accordance with the terms.
