Consent Policy

Patients must confirm they are aged 18 or over, understand ViaPsych is a platform and not an emergency service, understand the independent clinician is clinically responsible, understand questionnaires are not diagnosis, and consent to information being shared with the chosen clinician.

Patients must understand the clinician sets the consultation fee, ViaPsych processes payment through the platform, and the chosen clinician may accept, decline or request more information before confirming the appointment.
