Booking and Payment Terms

These terms explain appointment requests and payment handling through the platform.
1. Appointment request workflow
Patients choose an independent clinician first, provide adult-only pre-consultation information, and submit the request for clinician review.
The clinician may accept, decline or request more information. If accepted, payment may be processed through ViaPsych for the booking with the selected independent clinician.
2. Payment processing
You are booking an appointment with an independent clinician. The clinician sets the consultation fee. ViaPsych processes payment through the platform and may temporarily hold payment before releasing funds to the clinician in accordance with our terms.
Clinicians set their own fees. ViaPsych processes payments through the platform and may temporarily hold, delay or pause payout where needed to manage platform complaints, failed appointments, clinician no-shows, technical issues, refund requests, chargebacks, suspected misuse or booking disputes.
